Production Process of Round Bend U Bolts

Punching rod processing: Including cutting and stamping molding. Cutting is to cut the steel according to the predetermined length to meet the length requirements of U-bolts. Heat treatment: Including heating, cooling and tempering. The stamped and molded bolt heads and U-pieces are placed in a heat treatment furnace for heating treatment.
